ERP End User Training ( Hands On )
BPS delivers end-user training through a blended learning approach. ERP transactional training is always delivered within the context of the enduser’s business process and role.A user friendly template is used to teach end-users the business process, related business rules and ERP transactions.
The training consists of ERP overview and navigation training, business process training (role-based) and basic ERP transactional training (role-based) Instructor-led classes are supported by on-line learning content and pre-and post assessments.
All end-user training can be reinforced through walk-in workshops and coaching sessions.

ERP Foundation Knowledge Training
ERP Foundation Knowledge Training addresses the theory behind the practice. Instructor-led classes focus on the theoretical and conceptual aspects of ERP related topics, such as Business Process Analysis, Introduction to Enterprise Resource Planning, and certain Supply Chain related topics (Warehouse Management). The courses are made practical through ERP system-related exercises and learners get the opportunity to apply the conceptual and theoretical knowledge gained in a live system environment (hands-on).

Walk-in Workshops / Coaching Sessions / Training Support A walk-in workshop or coaching session serves as informal support for formal ERP training. It enables an end-user to ask questions to an experienced ERP training consultant in a safe and non-threatening environment.
Walk-in workshops are normally one-on-one sessions, but can be extended to include group facilitated mentoring sessions.
